In this article we’re about to tell you everything about skincare and recommend the most appropriate program you should sign up for.

The history of skincare

Here’s a timeline that explains the history of skincare. The evidences show that this method was used in Egypt for the first time. Then the Chinese came up to the front and started using several materials to improve their skin.

Around a thousand years after, the Greeks and Romans joined the skincare club and used Egyptian methods and combined them with their own twists.

Where is Europe? Maybe that’s interesting to know: one of the first and most famous European persons who was using different products to have a healthier and prettier skin, is Queen Elizabeth I. Look at this timeline:

3000 B.C.

The Egypt

The Egyptians were the first people who looked very accurately into the nature to find something to beautify their looks. for example, we can’t condone Queen Cleopatra’s pretty face and underrated milk bath.

3000 B.C.
1760 B.C.

The China

The skincare in China started 1240 years after the Egypt. Found records show that skincare was populated in this area during the Qin Dynasty. At this time, Chinese people used natural materials and different types of massages to improve their look.

1760 B.C.
700 B.C.

The Greece and Rome

As said above, the Greeks and Romans borrowed a lot of things from Egyptian skincare techniques but they also had their own creativity. These people are the first ones who used oils and aromatic compounds to have a better-looking skin.

700 B.C.
1500 A.D.

The Europe

Everything’s done by the hands of the time. Now, near 4500 years after Egyptians, the gift of skincare has come to the Europe. At that part of the history, most of European people didn’t even wash their faces!
